Founded and run by Northwestern University student volunteers, Camp Kesem is a one-week, overnight summer camp for children in the Chicagoland area, ages 6-13 (Teen Camp ages 14-16) who have a parent who has died from cancer, is currently in treatment for cancer, or is in remission from cancer. Camp Kesem is a secular camp and is open to children of all races, religions, national origins, and financial statuses. It is free for all families served. Please have a look around the website to learn more about the organization and what our camp is all about!
