Meet the Team

Shauri 'Binks' Thomas: Campfire song circle!

Madelyn 'Float' Shrum: Im looking forward to singing camp songs and making s'mores!

Collin 'Condor' McGuire: I'm most looking forward to Color Wars at camp this year, as last year was my first year and I don't feel that I had nearly enough spirit. This year I hope to be decked out head to toe in my color team color and set a good example of team spirit.

Connor "Bronco" Owen: My favorite Kesem memory is hanging out with my TLP and red boys!

Rachel 'Violet' Mort: My favorite Kesem was when my campers completed were completing their pre empowerment activities. They were able to display their unique visions of the world and they showed a true love for their family, friends, and world around them.

Kaitlin 'Willow' Mulvaney: My favorite Kesem memory was seeing my campers grow stronger bonds with each other from my first year to my second year.

Jonah "Q" Urrea: This year I am looking forward to camp and seeing all of the returning campers.

Karina 'Mango' Logan-Robledo: Truthfully, Kesem has been one of the greatest experiences of my life, because of the everlasting bonds that are made at camp. With that being said, I am looking forward to recruiting new campers so they can experience all the magic within Kesem!

Brittani 'smalls' Rusnak: My favorite Kesem memory is when one of our campers decided to tell jokes for our talent show. He had us all cracking up at his jokes. Only the funny part was that he was laughing more than we were!

Kacey 'Wendy' Cavanagh: The day before I had my first overnight counselor training I received news that made it feel like the world was against me. But it was at that training I realized I was making connection and memories that would support me for a lifetime :)

Nafis 'Cudi' Eghrari: My favorite memory is from the last day of camp last summer. After everyone heard the bad news that camp was ending one day early for health/safety reasons, we were all upset. Everyone got together on the field one last time, and we all sang songs.

Jacqueline 'Jay' Urrea: My favorite Kesem memory is the last night of camp, on any given summer, when we're all gathered around the campfire and singing "Linger". The love and energy and peace that just blankets the whole camp is unlike anything else I've ever felt.

John 'Wheezer' Gebara:Honestly, every second was what made Kesem so magical and unique unlike any other camp or organization I have ever been with.
