Meet the Team

Jenna 'NASA' Campolieto: I could never pick a singular favorite memory - I am unbelievably grateful for every minute I get to spend in the Camp Kesem universe. This place and these people really are home.

Jenna 'Maple' BBresge: THE TALENT SHOW!!!!!! Nothing brings the kesem magic like watching our incredibly talented campers perform and feel like their best selves.

Trevor 'T-Rex' Edwards: Color wars

Caroline 'Carebear' Friesen: Hey everyone!! My name is Carebear and I am so excited to be one of the PR Coordinators! This is my third year with Kesem, and this community means the world to me. I can't wait to work on all things PR for this amazing org with my amazing co, T-Rex!

Robert 'Balto ' Mathern: My absolute favorite thing about Kesem is how it never fails to bring me to smile. Something I always look back on at camp is how there is always a constant system of support, especially for the most outrageous of reasons... like chugging hot sauce.

Sydney 'GusGus' Schulman: My favorite Kesem memory is going on the splashdown with the tie-dye campers and every time they would group together and play mafia for hours!

Erica 'Shelly' Romeo: It's hard to choose a favorite memory, but one truly special moment was from last summer. As we all head to the talent show, it started to rain. Instead of running back inside, the kids made the most of the situation and danced in the rain!

Nathaniel 'Sharkbait' Hayward: I'm looking forward to creating and fostering friendships that will long outlast my time at college. I have already met some amazing people and can't wait to share wonderful experiences with them!

Ryan 'Jorts' Pantalone: My favorite Kesem memory was at Summit in 2019 when I got to share the weekend with hundreds of other students who were just as passionate about the organization as I am. It was truly powerful

Steven 'Business Casual ' Stanton: My favorite Kesem memory was meeting all my campers last year, my first year at camp! I'm so excited to be a part of the operations team this year and can't wait to make camp this year INCREDIBLE!!!

Hallie 'Scrunchie' Koch: CK is the best family I have on campus. Everyone is so genuine and happy and always there for you no matter what. It is a safe place for both campers and counselors - and there is quite literally nothing like it. I love EVERYTHING about camp because

Mustafa 'Spotify' Ahmed: After our talent show on the last day of camp this year, things were winding down and I assumed that we would all just go home. Instead, someone connected to the speakers and started putting on songs and we just had a huge, all camp dance party.

Annmarie 'Almond Joy' Popjoy: I had a new camper in my unit who barely talked, and preferred to meow instead. She was 7, and her camp name is fittingly "Cat". She grew a lot at camp, and during all camp empowerment said, "Camp makes me hopeful". Her growth was amazing to watch.

Jacqueline 'Papaya' Capuano: My favorite Kesem members was this past summer when I was with Orange Week 2 and after our pre-empowerment ceremony it was raining outside. And so while we waited for the other units to finish their pre-empowerments, we all danced in the rain.

Claire '' Viscione: I can’t wait to help make the magic happen for camp and all year round. And work with some of the BEST people on campus!

Lani 'Sketcher' Chavin: My favorite Kesem memory is during Mostest Bestest. I was the Purple Unit leader and it was posted bestest unit cheer. Mu unit of 17 8-10 year olds came up with a cheer that we sang for the rest of camp and taught to the week two campers.

Nada 'Sriracha' Ahmed: Messy Games!

Morgan 'Sesame' Birdy: This year in Camp Kesem I am looking forward to welcoming all of our new counselors and guiding them through their first time at camp! I can't wait to see how much they love CK and our campers.
